FINTRAC App follows a transparent Refund and Cancellation policy.

Orders can be cancelled as per the terms of the contract. If a customer has signed up for an annual contract, the customer can cancel the contract a month before the expiry of the contract.

The customers with monthly billing cycle can cancel upto five days before the next billing date.

Due to the nature of the services, FINTRAC App does not provide any refunds.
